|Today I am going off the normal path of giving you a step-by-step or list of things to do or implement, instead I’m gonna give you some real talk and motivation to go out there and do what you need to do.|
It’s 2023, there is literally NO EXCUSE not to make a ton of money online. You have the resources available, you have the education, and there are so many tools popping up each day that make the action quite easy.
Now, that also means that there’s a low barrier to entry, which in turn means there is a lot of competition for ATTENTION. The #1 thing you need for your business to thrive in 2023. That means, you can “do the thing” but if you’re not consistently “being” the thing, or embodying the thing… you will get overlooked.
If you want to make waves, and of course, the moolah baby… here’s what I recommend:
Get off your butt and do the work! Both the inner work and the outer work. Focus daily on your vision, do what needs to be done to grow your business from a logistics perspective, but also don’t forget the mindset work. These two things go hand in hand. Consistently seek better solutions, stop doing the same things over and over again that you know aren’t working and step out of your comfort zone.
Pay for shit. Stop taking the easy way out and looking for the cheapest or free-est software or systems solutions for your business and instead invest in things that will make your life easier in the long run. Stop investing your time and energy on free shit from a bunch of different people and instead master specific areas of your business by paying for the cheat codes and education around that thing. I promise you it will get you so much further than 1 million free things will.
Ask. Say. Sell. Say what you want to say, say what’s on your heart, share your experiences and expertise daily. Make an offer an invitation daily – whether it’s for something free or some thing paid. Get yourself out there in a big way, whether it’s through posting on social media, sharing through collaborations and partnerships or running ads to your target audience. Just do something. Make sure that people know who you are, what you do and what you offer.
Define your identity in the space. Are you a business owner? Are you and influencer? Are you a founder? Are you in implementor? Are you a creative, or an artist? What is the role that you actually want to play and go out there and show the world. In one of my future posts- I will be sharing how to determine if you’re actually meant to be behind the scenes. Not everyone is meant to be famous. And truthfully, not everyone is meant to make millions (but I work with the ones who are 😉) Essentially define who you are in this space and start showing up in that role.
Finish the damn thing. If was important enough to start, is it still important enough to finish? If not, either delegate it or get it off your “to do list” and free up space for something that is. And if it IS that important, stop overthinking and just put it out there. Know that nothing has to be perfect, everything can be improved later… This is what I call version 1.0.
Listen, I know that none of this is easy because if it was, you would’ve done it already. But let this be your push – because your message and what you have to share matters and means something It can change someone’s life. And if you don’t do it, then not only are you missing out- but the people who are meant to be served by you will also miss out.
PS that idea that’s been swirling in your head or that project that you started and never finished could be worth millions of dollars if you just execute.
