Alright, here it goes.
I get asked all the time how to go from the hustle of getting to your first six figures to getting to multiple six figures with ease.
My answer: multiple streams of income (aka products).
The reality is, the more you sell and the more products you have to offer your audience, the more money you will make.
I remember when I hit my first six figure month, I had five different offers for my audience. A full range of products from my membership site to a mastermind, because: different strokes for different folks.
Now, I’m not saying that you have to hustle and sell 5 products every month in order to reach 6 figures a year (or even per month), but you must have multiple options for people to pay you.
If you have one product or program, it’s going to be very hard to reach those numbers without a huge list, or without burning yourself out.
Let’s say you have one product, a $5000 coaching package. To reach 6 figures year, you would need 20 clients (actually not that bad, or that hard). But if you ever wanted to do more than 6 figures, you’d have to take on a whole lot more. Between client calls and sales calls, you’d be chained to your desk, on the phone for a lot of hours each month- this doesn’t sound like freedom to me.
Let’s say your one product is a membership site for $47/mo. To reach six figures a year, you’d need 177 active paying customers every single month. To reach six figures per month? Over 2,100 active paying members every month. Possible when you have a large enough following and list, for sure. But most people don’t have 100K subscribers on their list.
By having multiple ways for people to pay you: 1:1 coaching, group programs, membership, speaking fees, etc. you can reach those financial goals even faster and with more ease.
So how do you sell/offer more than one product at a time without coming off as a gross sales machine? Funnels. People specifically entering your client journey with a free offer that’s relevant and leads to one of your paid offers.
Multiple products. Multiple lead magnets. Multiple funnels.
And these funnels I speak of do NOT, I repeat- do not- need to be complicated. I generated over 7 figures in revenue with a simple 5 email sequence.
The best part is- once you set it, you can forget it and watch as the new clients and customers roll in. Sounds easy peasy right?
But here’s the thing with funnels: it’s one thing to create them, it’s quite another to fill them with qualified leads and actual buyers.
